Their meat will not reach Lord Allah, nor will their blood, but what reaches Him is heedfulness from you. Thus have We subjected them to you that you may Glorify Allah for that He has guided you, and give Herald for those who are living by seeing Lord.
Man has nothing except what he is doing intentionally as explained in verse 4: 100. The Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who hide and reject Adhikr are giving importance to worldly and bodily life than the soul and Hereafter. So all their deeds will not be accepted and their prayer will not be responded; instead, they will get Hell as a fine for their aimless and heedless life as explained in verse 7: 179. At the time of their death, Lord will tell him that you were among the disbelievers as told in verses 39: 59 and 71.
Since today the Best Book Adhikr is codified, whoever lives by holding It, he did holdfast Lord and is guided into Straightpath as explained in verses 3: 101 and 4: 174-175. As there is no group of believers anywhere in the world, there is no congressional prayer, pilgrimage, and sacrifice. So the odd believer will lead a lifestyle that is beneficial for 1000 communities of creatures who are praising and glorifying the Lord always by their soul.
